Expected to be fully finished this year, this real estate investment, dubbed as the Trump Ocean Club, if everything goes according to plan, would make Punta Pacifica one of the hottest places in the global beach tourism scene.
It is quite understandable why, of all places, Trump chose Punta Pacifica for his first real estate project in Central America. Punta Pacifica is an unspoiled stunner and it offers otherworldly beachfront views of the Pacific Ocean as well as the Panama Bay. Punta Pacifica is also a developing area that has what can be considered a financial center complete with malls and hospitals. And the town is linked directly to the rest of Panama City by the newly constructed highway called Corredor Sur. This guarantees accessibility of Punta Pacifica to any tourist-important area, like the airport.
There are still a lot of things missing in Punta Pacifica before it can be considered a tourist destination. Sure, it has gorgeous beachfront views of the Pacific Ocean and the Panama Bay and has the potential to be the most famous beach destination in Central America but nobody seems to care. Believe it or not, it is only just recently that someone attempted to build a tourism-related project in the area. This project, we think, would eventually put Punta Pacifica real estate in the dictionary. Donald J. Trump’s project would provide Punta Pacifica real estate with high end condominium units and hotel rooms complete with high class complimentary amenities of retail shops, casinos, spas, gym and pools.
Actually, with Trump building such a project in Punta Pacifica, we predict that it will not take many years for other realtors and tourism industry magnates to establish their own real estate enterprises in the area too. And so, don’t be surprised if 10 years from now (or maybe less), Punta Pacifica real estate pieces will be among the most desirable globally.
